Executive Roles
Vice President of Operations
​Maintain, create, and check email, Google Forms, Linktree, Google Docs, and Google Sheets. ​​​

Time commitment: ~2–3 hours/week; fluctuates and flexible.
Vice President of Chapters
Manage growth of local chapters, train chapter leaders on their roles.

Time commitment: ~2–3 hours/week; fluctuates and flexible.
Responsibilities

Launch and support school or regional chapters

Help approve chapter applications

Train chapter leaders

Monitor chapter activity

Maintain Google Docs on how to start chapters, succeed, etc.

Possibly help lead Zoom meetings with chapter heads

Possibly help lead regional chapter levels ​
Vice President of Outreach & Partnerships
Manage recruitment and external relations.
​
Time commitment: ~2-3 hours/week; fluctuates and flexible.
Vice President of Digital Systems
Manage all digital accounts, mainly the website. ​

Time commitment: ~1–2 hours/week; fluctuates and flexible.
Vice President of Social Media
​Manage our online presence on social media.
​
Time commitment: ~1–2 hours/week
Responsibilities

Run and maintain our Instagram account and Linktree

Follow similar organizations, chapter leaders, execs, and maintain a consistent/professional followers to following ratio

Schedule and post curated content

Respond to DMs and inquiries when possible

Work with the VP of outreach/partnerships ​
Chapter Leaders
Chapter Leaders help bring Side by Side to their school and region, mostly focusing on outreach. Leaders can create chapter-specific matching systems, so all partners will be from the same area. ​
